The agreement is concluded at the moment you click the order button. We confirm your order by email. The agreement may only be concluded by persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order, you declare you are 18+.
All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. For EU consumers, the VAT rate of your country applies. For EU business buyers with a valid VAT number, 0% VAT applies (reverse charge). For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties are your responsibility.
Payments are processed securely by Mollie B.V. The exact set of methods you can choose is shown on the Mollie checkout page and reflects the methods we currently have activated. These typically include: iDEAL, Bancontact, Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna Pay Later, Klarna Pay Now, SEPA bank transfer and SOFORT. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to Rechtbank Noord-Nederland, Groningen. EU consumers can also use: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We voluntarily extend the cooling-off period to 30 days — double the legal minimum. If something isn't right, contact us first. We'll always find a solution together.
You may cancel your order without reason within 30 days of receiving your product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the sealed packaging has been opened. This is based on Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code (exclusion for health and hygiene reasons). As long as the packaging remains sealed, you can return the product without any problem.

We stand behind our products. Every Squirtmachine ships from the Netherlands and is checked before dispatch. If something goes wrong that isn't your fault, contact us — we will always help you find a fair solution.
Under Dutch consumer law (and EU Directive 2019/771), you always have the right to a product that works as you'd reasonably expect. There is no fixed statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. The rule is: a product must last as long as you could reasonably expect it to. If it breaks down earlier through no fault of your own, you are entitled to free repair, replacement, or a refund.
For the first year after purchase, we bear the burden of proof. After one year, the burden shifts to you.
Damage from improper use, normal wear and tear, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or use contrary to the instruction manual.
Email contact@squirtmachine.com within 2 months of discovering the defect. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 1 business day and resolve within 14 days.

All orders ship directly from our stock in the Netherlands. No waiting weeks for a package from China — we hold inventory locally and dispatch fast.
Times are indicative. If your order is significantly delayed, we notify you within 30 days and you may cancel free of charge.

Name, address, email, phone (optional), order history, IP address and technical visit data. Payment details are handled exclusively by Mollie — we never store card numbers.
Mollie B.V. (payments), DPD and FedEx (shipping), our fulfilment partner (dispatch), Klarna or Riverty (pay-later only). All with GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
Order and invoice data: 7 years. Account data: up to 2 years after last activity. Contact correspondence: up to 2 years.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Submit requests to contact@squirtmachine.com. Response within one month. Complaints to autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
